概要
唐織とは、西陣織の能の舞台衣装であり、能楽師が能を演ずる時に使用するものです。着物と似ていますが日常生活で着るものではありません。
およそ700年の能の歴史ある日本の伝統芸能。その衣装として能と共に歴史を歩んできました。
全ては日本の素材や技術により、人の手で作られた大変貴重なものであり、日本全国のデパートや呉服店などでは能装束は一切のお取り扱いはしておりません。誰もが簡単に見ることの出来ないとても貴重で特別なものなのです。
Summary
Karaori refers to the Noh costumes made with Nishijin-ori textiles that Noh actors wear when they perform on stage. Although similar to kimono, Karaori is not something that is usually worn in everyday life. Noh is a traditional performing art of Japan that has a history of some 700 years. These extremely precious garments are all made by hand with Japanese materials and techniques. Noh Shozoku are not something you would find in a department store or kimono shop. These are all very special, precious items that most people would rarely have the chance to see.
